How many Airpoints Dollars can I earn?

Earning Airpoints Dollars when you sell a property:

Airpoints members can earn 1 Airpoints Dollar for every $2,000 of the sale price of your property (capped at 500 Airpoints Dollars per sale)*

Earning Airpoints Dollars when you lease a property:

Airpoints members can earn 1 Airpoints Dollar for every 1m² of space they lease in a tenancy (capped at 1,000 Airpoints Dollars per lease transaction) on participating properties listed by Bayleys.

If you have an Airpoints for Business account and have the role of ‘Business Owner’ or ‘Administrator’, you are also able to transfer Airpoints Dollars from your personal account to your Airpoints for Business account, so you can allocate them to employees if you wish.

 

How long does it take to get my Airpoints Dollars added to my Airpoints account?

Airpoints Dollars are awarded after the settlement date and should appear in your account within 45 days.

 

What can I spend Airpoints Dollars on?

You can use your Airpoints Dollars in so many ways, like on flights to explore somewhere new, upgrades to travel in extra comfort, rental cars, Koru membership, in store at Mitre 10 or maybe on treats from the Airpoints™ Store, the only hard part is deciding what to spend them on. Which Bayleys offices are participating?

All Bayleys offices have the ability to offer Airpoints to their vendors and the decision to offer Airpoints is at the discretion of the agent and office.

 

If more than one person owns the property can the Airpoints Dollars be split across the owners?

Yes, you can allocate who will receive the Airpoints Dollars and what percentage these are allocated at. These must be specified at the time of listing.

 

Can I earn Airpoints Dollars on my personal account if the property is owned by my business?

Yes you are able to earn Airpoints Dollars to your personal account(s) even if the property is owned by a business entity.
