Respect for the client means focusing on individual needs, drawing on his intuitive nature and offering extensive knowledge of the local property market. David’s clients speak highly of his ability to untangle the paperwork and mediate between the buyer, vendor, and all parties with transparency and ease.
Further, David’s strategy for building a solid team around him ensures his ongoing commitment to high customer service is maintained. Respecting and sharing skills between a great team is part of David’s offering, and he believes a more dynamic outcome is because of the people he places around him. Working with equal determination and creativity is his personal assistant Mekkayla who brings a wealth of real estate experience and knowledge, professional photographers, Kirsty a specialist copywriter, and his daughter Gina is proving to be a vital asset as a sales assistant.
Originally from Auckland, David completed a Master’s Degree with Honours in Economics at Auckland University. He lived in Christchurch before moving up to the Bay of Islands in 2004. David is married to Jo, a local solicitor. He is passionate about the beaches and the outdoors the North has to offer, an attribute important in real estate with people coming from all over the country and indeed the world to live in the area. Some of David hobbies include gardening at his property in Waitotara Drive in Kerikeri, mountain biking, tramping and ski mountaineering.
